Collection and Storage of Personal Data upon Booking When you book a vacation apartment with us or submit an inquiry (directly or via portals such as Airbnb/Booking.com), we collect the following information: Master Data: Surname, first name, address. Contact Details: Email address, phone number. Booking Data: Period of stay, number of persons. Payment Data: Bank details or credit card details. Registration Data: Data for the statutory registration form in accordance with §§ 29, 30 of the German Federal Registration Act (BMG). Purpose: Processing is carried out for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and to fulfill legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).
 3. Data Collection on our Website Server Log Files: Our provider automatically collects data regarding page access (IP address, browser type, time). This serves the security and stability of the website. Cookies: We use cookies to facilitate the use of our website. You can deactivate these in your browser settings. Contact Form: Data sent to us via the form will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry.
 4. Video Surveillance (Outdoor Area & Entrance) To protect our house rules and to prevent and investigate criminal offenses (vandalism, theft), we use video surveillance. Scope: Only the outdoor areas (driveway, parking lot) and the immediate entrance area of the property are monitored. No surveillance takes place in living or common areas. Legal Basis: Processing is based on our legitimate interest in securing our property (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Storage Duration: Recordings are automatically deleted after a maximum of 72 hours, unless they are required as evidence in a specific incident. Notice: Monitored areas are marked on-site with appropriate signage.
 5. Use of Guest Wi-Fi We provide guests with internet access. Data: Technical identification features of your end device may be recorded. Your browsing behavior is not analyzed. Purpose: Provision of the service and protection against misuse (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties Data is only passed on if it is necessary for contract processing (banks), if we are legally obliged to do so (registration office/visitor's tax), or if you have given your consent. For bookings via portals (Airbnb, Booking.com), their respective privacy policies also apply.
 7. Storage Duration We store your data only as long as it is necessary for processing or as long as legal retention periods exist (e.g., 10 years for tax-relevant documents).
